Passion to Make A Difference (MAD) by helping others to achieve their potential.

Robin is a personal development coach who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and towards the betterment of their lives. He specialised in stress management and resilience training.


He is a certified professional coach, with SMU's International Corporate Coaching Certificate, Graduate Diploma in Applied Positive Psychology and certification in Positive Psychology Coaching. Robin has obtained his credentials from the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches and is a member in Asian Pacific Alliance of Coaches and International Coach Federation. In order to better serve those around him, Robin studied Positive Psychology Coaching under Dr Robert Biswas-Diener, and trained as a meditation teacher under the wings of Vikas Malkani, the World’s Number 1 Wisdom Coach and founder of The Soul Centre. As a keen learner, Robin went on to obtain certification in Hogan Assessment, completed his Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment with Institute of Adult Learning and most recently obtained the Associate Member certification in Business Continuity Institute, UK.


Robin has more than 19 years of corporate experiences working in Singapore Public Service,

as well as both private and non-profit organisations. He held various leadership roles and involved in strategic and resource planning, operations, budgeting, facilities management, people and change management and business continuity management. This allows Robin to tap into his vast experiences and fully appreciates the challenges, demands, and the pressures and stresses faced by many executives.

In his spare time, Robin helps out not only in the preservation and conservation of Bhutan's rich cultural and heritage materials, but also social movements that focuses on empowering and helping to improve the lives of the people in genera, like Ana by Karma. He believes that the purpose in life is other people centered and it is only through living other people centered life will we find contentment and purpose.
