Passion to Make A Difference (MAD) by helping others to achieve their potential.

Robin is passionate in assisting his coachees to gain clarity and self-awareness, setting up goals, drawing up action plans, setting accountability for them to take action on the plans, and creating routines and new habits that will sustain the momentum and motivation in taking responsibility for their own life.


With over 20 years of corporate experience, he has accumulated valuable insights and know-hows into the different workings, systems, and culture of public, private and non-profit organizations. Robin has held different roles in operations, strategic planning, marketing, people and project management, change and crisis management, coaching and training, mainly in industries of healthcare, cultural and arts as well as voluntary welfare organizations. Robin is a fully trained and certified Business Continuity Management trainer and planner.


What sets Robin apart is his ability to synergize his experiences from various sectors to deliver high standard and excellent results. His capabilities have also proven to be resourceful in mustering the resources and assistance needed in ensuring the completion of all projects entrusted to him. 


Robin strongly believes in the potential of people, and this makes him a natural coach to his team and clients, as he helps to draw and leverage on their strengths. In his previous endeavours, he has successfully increased the effectiveness and performance of 6 first-time managers. Robin believes that every person as the potential to be the architect of their own Life. 


Robin holds a Master of Science (MSci) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Human Resources Management from the City University of New York, Baruch College in United States. He also has a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Hull, Business School, United Kingdom. He holds an Advance Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA), Graduate Diploma in Applied Positive Psychology, Certified Practitioner in Hogan Assessment and DISC, as well as Coaching Certifications with WABC and ICF. Robin is fluent in both English and Mandarin with basic skills in Japanese. He is also conversant in Chinese dialects, namely Hakka, Hokkien and Cantonese.

Robin has been practicing Yoga since 2003 to gain relieve from chronic back aches, as well as to manage stress levels and to maintain general health and mental wellbeing. In 2020, he completed his 200-hours Yoga Instructor Certification Course (YICC) with Vyasa Yoga Singapore and went on to another Yoga Teacher Training with Vikasa Yoga Academy in 2021. He has been teaching Yoga since 2020 as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RTY200), Yoga Alliance. He teaches Hatha Yoga, Hatha Flow, Yin Yoga, Wheel Yoga and Sound Bath. Robin is also a meditation teacher trained under Vikas Malkani, with a lineage to Swami Rama, since 2017 and has been teaching and hosting guided meditation ever since. Robin believes that Yoga is the dharma for a holistic lifestyle and the key to taming our monkey mind.
